豚骨醤油だけど家系ラーメンとは名乗っていない
食べてみるとたしかに家系じゃないかもとなる
醤油より豚骨の味がしっかり出ててうまい
Tonkotsu & Shoyu , but it is not called Iekei Ramen.
When we try it, we may think it is not Iekei Ramen.
The tonkotsu flavor is more pronounced than the soy sauce flavor.

見た目は二郎系だけどなんと鶏ガラでチャーシューも鳥
それにより脂の重みがないからかとても食べやすい
麺はゴワゴワ系で食べごたえがあり最高
It looks like Jiro style, but it is made from chicken bones and the pork is also made from chicken!
It is very easy to eat because it does not have the weight of fat.
The Men are tough and chewy. Awesome.

横浜で一番うまいと俺が自信を持って言える
淡麗系で食べた瞬間うまっ！となった
向かいのたまがったや大勝軒に客を取られてるおかげでいつ行っても空いてるけど超うまい
I can say with confidence that it is the best in Yokohama!
The moment I ate it, I thought, “Yum!”
It’s always empty because Tamagatta and Taishoken across the street have taken all the customers, but it’s still super good!

２時間並ばないで食える
