冷めるのイヤ派には熱盛があるだいたいの店で頼めばやってくれる
あと薄くなるのは最初から麺をどっぷり付けるから
最初少な目につけて最後のほうは多めに付けるとちょうどいい
If there is a hot sukemen on the menu, the shop staffs will reheat it for those who don’t like cold soup.
Also, the soup gets thinner because you soak the Men too much from the beginning.
Put less on at the beginning and more at the end, just right.
